Our enire adult family stayed her for 2 days and we ALL LOVED THE PLACE It was very clean and very deceiving from the outside when it came to the size of the home which is very spacious... most of the family wantedti stay there versus going on a cruise.... pool and hot tub were very clean and lots of chairs to accommodate all of us .. we will definitely stay here next year

This place was amazing for our party of 10 before our cruise. It was walking distance the the beach, the pier, and some really great dining options. The house was large and clean. Perfect spot for multigeneration vacation.

Property was beautiful. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool. Only suggestion is to replace the small couch room or computer with a bunk. We used the futons but a bunk would have been easier. Overall excellent stay. Would stay again!

Family get away in Cocoa Beach

This property was perfect for our family.6 adults and 2 kids. Great location too. About a 1/2 block walk to beach. Beach chair, towels, and play things provided. The pool was wonderful too. My 12 year old grandson was in it all the time. There is plenty of lounge space around the pool too.Would definitely stay again if in the area.

GREAT HOUSE, GREAT LOCATION!!

This house was perfect for my family with included 6 adults and 4 children!! We all enjoyed the pool and backyard amenities. The location couldn't have been more perfect from the beach (a quick drive). Would highly recommend and would stay here again if/when in the area!
