Great place for a couple or small family to stay. Direct access to the beach, chairs, coffeemaker…what else could you need?! Good breakfast spots within walking distance and a nice beachfront restaurant/bar with good music.

This was a great, beachfront, condo perfect for a couples vacation. Great food/activities locally and within an hour of Universal/Disney parks as well as other costal hot spots.

Convenient clean and stocked. Great view. Perfect for a couple. Beach access is a few steps away. Back porch with 2 chairs to enjoy the view. Restaurants and shops next door.

Condo was clean, decorated nicely and was equipped with anything you could need. Location was great…easy access to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Marcia was very easy to work with.

Amazing view and great location

The location of the property is right in the middle of the downtown area within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. Nothing better than having the beach right in the backyard and waking up to such amazing views of the sunrise. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The host was great at providing instructions and made our check-in & out process seamless. This is definitely a gem of a location.

A Definite Gem

VRBO made it easy to book and we had an amazing experience at this Cocoa Beach Vacation Rental! It was quaint, clean, within walking distance of many locations we frequent, ocean front, stocked well for a short term tenant, nice amenities, and more…! We will be back for sure!

Our third stay at this condo was even better than the first if possible. View, location and accommodations are as described and just what we wanted. Condo right on the beach yet near restaurants and small shops. We will come back for a 4th time.

All you could want and more

Perfect for watching the beautiful ocean from the balcony. Close walking distance to the beach. Chairs, umbrella suntan lotion are all generously supplied by the owner. This vrbo does not disappoint!

Great space!

The views here along make this place a great stay, but the cute, clean space tops it all off! This is in a very safe spot and the amenities are more than we could have imagined. The balcony is a perfect spot and you can’t beat the beach access. So much to do in walking distance and if you are there for a Cape Canaveral launch, you’ll have great views from your beach back yard. Definitely a space for just two people, but it was a perfect honeymoon spot or good for couples who are on a getaway!

Convenient to the beach and clean

There for 2 nights while visiting relatives. Decided to stay close to beach for easy access. The balcony was perfect for coffee with sunrise, and producing shade for sundown. Full size coffeemaker with filters was nice, just wish I would have known to bring a small can of coffee. Beach chairs a nice bonus!

Perfect for a couple

Cute little place for a couple looking for a nice getaway. The condo looks just like the pictures and is within walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. Well stocked with just about anything you need even movies and books. If we come back down to this area would consider staying here again and also would recommend to others wanting to stay in the area. Marcia was easy to work with and offered suggestions for restaurants in the area.

Great time

I really enjoyed being at this property, the owner, Marcia, was very helpful throughout the entire stay and even after as my wife had misplaced an important item and realized it when we got home. Marcia was quick to locate it and ship it back to us. Still can’t thank her enough, I definitely recommend this as a quick little romantic getaway that is right on the beach.

BOOK IT!

This was our second time staying at this condo and it did not disappoint. You can’t beat the view, and the atmosphere of Cocoa Beach! Close to shops, restaurants, bars. You have your own beach access that is in a lifeguard protected area of the beach. Marcia is amazing, she responded so quickly and has plenty of items to use at the condo including beach chairs, umbrella, towels and kitchen supplies. We will definitely be back!

Cocoa Beach Vrbo Beachfront

Host Marcia pushed all information about the property in a timely manner and takes pride in her place. All aspects of the amenities were as published. The property’s location is ideal being on the beach and right next to the restaurants and shopping. We did not have to drive our car once there. I’d highly recommend this and will return.

Perfection on cocoa beach

The inside was adorable. Clean and cozy… right on the beach. We watched the sunrise and then took off on a run down A1A. Got back and played in the ocean a bit before taking off to one of the amazing restaurants for lunch. So many great food places around! And amazing cocktails! We could walk anywhere! The condo was a great setup, with coffee and water stocked. Comfy bed and nice living room area. I cannot wait to book another stay! Completely worth every penny for a couple who wants a romantic beach vacation!

Ocean view

Lovely condo, clean, well furnished. The only surprise was that the condo complex is adjacent to two different clubs with live music playing weekend nights. Two bands at once. Music stopped at 11 pm however. Otherwise, quiet and private. I highly recommend the Salty Bagel around the corner for breakfast.

Steps to the beach but needs some upgrading

The location, parking, ease of entry and proximity to the beach were great. The apartment could use some upgrades. The fridge has terrible rust stains that make the kitchen look bad. Please replace the coffee pot. There are stains on the carpet in the bedroom and the bed has very cheap linens and pillows. It was a reasonable price but some simple upgrades would make a world of difference. (Water stained base boards, old couch, door locks are rusted and handles look terrible, etc). Overall the apartment was clean but I wouldn’t give as high of reviews as other travelers did when I read the reviews.
