"We did have roaches in our room. They didn’t refill the conditioner in the restroom. We never got our room cleaned. Stains on the carpet."

"Overall, this was the most unpleasant experience we’ve had at a Doubletree hotel. We enjoyed the cookies very much at all Doubletree locations. During check-in, I was not informed about on-site restaurants, bars, pool hours, facilities, or amenities included with the hotel booking. I also wasn’t guided on how to reach my room and seemed to be treated as an inconvenience when I asked questions. To make matters worse, I booked through hotels.com and believed my room would have a mountain view, as shown on the website of and app of the booking platform. If you're booking through here (hotels.com), double-check to ensure you’re getting what you expect—my room faced the parking lot and a tree. The rooms are outdated; my bathroom, in particular, seemed moldy, with mold on the ceiling and around the faucets."

"We stayed for one night and it was perfect. So convenient to have a fridge in the room and a mini kitchen. Also, the grounds were beautiful!"

"Incredible experience for a Stage Coach Weekend, for that matter any stay. Standouts, The STAFF( from start valet, check in, housekeeping all restaurant staff ,poolside). Every individual made our stay perfection. I recommend this stay for couples and families. The rooms clean with an amazing view. I can go on . I just say- Go and check it out for a stay. "Beautiful property, very clean. Food at the restaurants were great. Large property which was very spread out. For my older mom, we figured out we could call have get a golf cart pick up to the main pool and restaurants. This wasn’t communicated at check in but we asked."
