🛏️ Bedrooms & Baths: With seven spacious bedrooms, 5 adorned with king-sized beds and 2 with double Queen sized beds, you and your guests will experience the utmost in comfort and luxury. Two of these bedrooms come with ensuite full baths for added convenience. In total, there are four fully stocked bathrooms with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

📺 Entertainment Everywhere: Each bedroom comes equipped with its own TV featuring YouTube TV for endless entertainment options. We also provide high-speed internet throughout the entire home, and there's a dedicated workspace for those who need to mix business with pleasure.

🍳 Kitchen & Living Room: Our well-appointed kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure, complete with a Keurig duo and nespresso coffee maker, blender, toaster, and an abundance of dish-ware for hosting large groups. The living room offers plenty of comfy seating for your entire party, and Sonos speakers in the kitchen-living room area ensure the perfect soundtrack to your gatherings.

🚗 Ample Parking: You won't have to worry about parking, as we offer 1 spot in the garage, 3 more in the driveway, and ample street parking options. For electric vehicle owners, we've got you covered with a universal Tesla charger available for guest use.

🌴 Relax and Unwind: We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible, so we've included spa heating in your reservation. If you'd like to heat the pool, there's a daily charge of $150 – just let us know before your arrival.

🐾 Pet-Friendly: We know that your furry friends are part of the family, so we welcome them with open arms. Please get in touch with us to arrange approval for your pets, and note that there's a $150 pet fee.

Our home is located in a natural desert environment. Despite routine professional pest control, native desert wildlife including scorpions and other insects/animals may be present, particularly outdoors and occasionally indoors.

The presence of desert insects/animals is a natural condition of the environment, not a property defect, and does not constitute grounds for refunds or credits.

This home is situated within a residential community. Noise from neighboring properties, landscaping, construction, or general community activity may occur at any time and is entirely outside of our control.

While local quiet hours are observed and enforced when possible, a completely noise-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Such conditions are not considered a defect of the property and do not qualify for refunds, credits, or cancellations.

All amenities—including but not limited to pool/spa equipment, heating systems, HVAC, appliances, internet/Wi-Fi, and entertainment features—are maintained in good working order; however, intermittent issues, outages, or malfunctions may occur.

By booking, guests acknowledge that temporary interruptions or inoperability of any amenity do not constitute a breach of the reservation and do not qualify for refunds, credits, or rate adjustments. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to address issues in a timely manner, but resolution timelines are not guaranteed.

While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.
