The casita sleeps 4 guests comfortably. The private bedroom has a queen bed. The living room includes a queen murphy bed. One bathroom with single vanity and walk-in glass shower. The kitchen comes fully equipped with black appliances, stone counters, cookware, and dining ware. High-top island seating for casual meals. Living room has plush seating and a smart TV for streaming. Dedicated workspace for remote work or catching up on emails. Private patio for outdoor dining and morning coffee. Washer and dryer in unit. WiFi throughout. Garage and driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Dogs welcome, maximum 2 dogs under 40 lbs. Fireplace is decorative only and not available for use.

For HOA security purposes, please provide vehicle make, model, year, color, and license plate number and state to guest services before arrival. If renting a car, you can share this information once you pick it up.

🏔️ The casita is located in The New Vineyards, a gated resort community 10 minutes from downtown Coachella. Drive 35 to 40 minutes to reach downtown Palm Springs, home to El Paseo shopping district, known as the Rodeo Drive of the Desert, lined with designer boutiques, art galleries, and upscale dining. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway offers stunning mountain access nearby. Several championship golf courses are within a short drive, set against dramatic desert backdrops. Explore nature trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding throughout the area. The region is known for natural hot springs and world-class spas. Vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries fill the Palm Springs shopping district.
Getting Around:
The casita is a 10-minute drive from downtown Coachella for shopping and dining. Downtown Palm Springs is 35 to 40 minutes by car via Interstate 10 and Highway 111. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and mountain trailheads are approximately 45 minutes away. Palm Springs International Airport is about 30 minutes from the property. Most desert attractions, golf courses, and dining destinations are easily accessible by car within 15 to 45 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
• Pets welcome! Dogs only, maximum 2 dogs under 40 lbs. A flat pet fee of $150 will be required in addition to your booking cost. Please contact guest services after booking to pay the pet fee. Cats are not allowed. Please pick up after your pet to avoid fines.
• Washer/Dryer: In-unit
• Parking: 2 cars maximum in garage and driveway
• Vehicle information required: For HOA security purposes, please provide make, model, year, color, license plate number, and state to guest services before arrival
• Street sweeping: On the 15th of each month, street sweepers clean all streets. Do not park on streets that day. Keep all vehicles in the garage or driveway.
• Quiet hours: All noise must be kept to a minimum between 9pm and 8am. Full-time residents live in the community and will contact authorities if noise levels are excessive during quiet hours. Please practice common courtesy.
• No parties or loud music at any time
