This stunning new 4-bedroom home in Coachella combines modern design with desert-inspired elegance. Featuring an open-concept layout, the home boasts spacious living areas with high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a sleek island perfect for entertaining!

PETS:

We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet’s stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.



POOL|SPA:

Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)

Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees.

SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 30-45 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.

Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, “landlord”) retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to: ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users’ Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord; 2. BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain while using the pool, even though such injury, damage, loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of the Landlord; INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs, Including attorneys’ fees, which might arise out of my or The Pool Area Users’ use of the pool, even though such Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord. a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my or the Pool Users’ use of the pool; b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against Landlord; c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others; d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children and any Guardian ad litem for said children. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State of California. We stayed here during Coachella - the house was modern, clean and the backyard area was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable and the TV in the living room was massive. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!!
