"Very good, quiet medium size hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast good. The pool garden was excellent. The room we stayed in was spacious with a kitchen corner. The room was clean but a little worn out, especially the woodwork. Overall a very comfortable 5 night’s stay."

"THE WORST HOTEL AT THIS PRICE POINT EVER. I have never been exposed to worse customer service at any hotel in my life. The front of house staff begins the answer to EVERY request with NO. On top of that, the rooms apart from being small (tiny) are equipped with the worst bedding in a relatively new hotel. I guess tough sheets and tough pillows is a 4* feature. Oh and top you hear water or condensation running through the pipes when you want to sleep. How fun! I will never come back to this hotel, unless it’s in a nightmare."

"Wide range of breakfast options. Pool is warmed, and small playground for kids. Rooms are fine but a bit dated. Blanket is heavy and not very breathable and one wheel was missing in our shower cabin door causing it to slant and not close properly. Staff was friendly and helpful"
