We didn’t actually have a reservation, even though Expedia said that we did.
Was placed in an old room at the back corner of the property. Wifi signal nearly non-existent. No microwave as the listing reported. Uneven floor left me disoriented a few times. Maybe due to the low rate for the Bottle Rock weekend is why the room was old. Paid triple digit though that room should be $45 at most.
The room size is ok. The mattress is not, the pillows are terrible. The linens looked fresh, but the towels in the bathroom have seen their better days a century ago.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Room was ok and had the basics including tv and frig . No closets . Outside very shabby .
Wasn’t what I was expecting. I had a Hotels.com ask for a refund on my behalf once I arrived because I was not satisfied with the condition. The owner refused
This was a no smoking motel, people on both sides of our room were smoking cig. And all the most inside was really bad. Housekeeping was a joke there wasn't any at all. I spoke to the manager three times and she would not do anything about it. No I will never stay here again.
Definitely a no-frills location - no closet, no bathroom counter, no alarm clock, cinder block walls. Housekeeping serviced the bathroom well, but the beds weren't made. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disgusting. Checkin was supposed to be a 2pm. I arrive at 2:15 and man told me I couldn't check in until 3pm. I told him expedia lists check in at 2pm. He said hotel was full and rooms were not clean. I came back at 3pm and was given a room in the back. We left for a dinner date and came back to our room to relax. As I'm sitting in the chair a large cockroch crawls out of the fire alarm. As I looked closer, I see several walking on the walls. The bed cover had large ciggarette holes throughout. It was pretty late and no other available hotels. I am so disgusted. They should not only not be advertised on expedia but the health department should investigate tbis filthy place.
This hotel is cheap and located within walking distance of a great bakery, brew pub and restaurant. Last time we were here it was perfect so we tried to recreate the stay with my son and his wife. Our room was great but unfortunately his smelled like smoke and they ended up leaving and not staying the night :( Next time I would do a serious sniff test before accepting the room. I think the smokey one was 307
The king bed was old and pretty saggy. Just need to upgrade those beds. The faucets are ancient history that's easy to upgrade. Shower was fine, but the old dark paneling and old carpeting were not very inspiring. Otherwise, a nice big room and ok for furniture, tv. Also, a little soundproofing on the block walls would improve the look and of course the experience.
It was gross! Don't stay here...stains on pillow cases, broken toilet paper roll holders, flashing around shower pulled partially off, unclean...The towels were shredded and the freezer was caked with ice/ needed to be defrosted and cleaned. I made a big mistake paying for it before seeing the room. Yet another disappointment. They were sure to tell me they would charge me $50 if I lost the one and only key made for the room.
The hotel was in shambles. ..three streams of water out of the shower head foul smell in bathroom... exterior was in horrible shape rotten moldy soffit .the place was in bad need of a simple paint job.. this place wasn't worth 5 dollars a night
We immediately found a cockroach in the bed so we decided to look for something else. We were in town for a wedding so we rushed out the door and called from the wedding to try and get a refund. Unfortunately we had to leave in such a hurry we left our luggage there and when we came back the extremely rude desk man informed us that he wouldn't do anything for us.
He was unapologetic and rude. Read yelp before you book. It's all more of the same and I wish we had before we booked. The plac is a dump
