Welcome to your relaxing getaway that's close to trails, town and golf course :)

This is a newly updated townhome with vaulted ceilings that boats 1365 Sq Feet and it feels even bigger. It has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) plus a loft. Both bathrooms have a tub to take a bath in. It easily sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. We know everyone is different so we have tried to include a variety of pillows and bed types. There are beds from Ghost bed, American Bedding, Layla, and Ashley furniture.

It's well appointed and has new appliances that include a full size fridge, microwave, oven, washer/dryer, toaster, Keurig machine, 2 smart TV's and much more. It has an electric fireplace with multiple settings. There is also a water softener and a reverse osmosis water filter so no need to buy or bring drinking water.

It's also in an AMAZING location that is within walking distance of nature trails and the golf course but its also less than a mile from the center of town. We are a family / pet friendly home. We have included a desk where you or your kids can do schoolwork or just surf the web. We also have pet bowls, a kennel and even a pet bed for your convenience. The back door goes right out to the large enclosed porch and the stairs provide easy access to let your dogs out. To the right of the back steps is the golf course and to the left is multiple trails to venture out on.

There is also a retro arcade for your kids or your inner kid :)
It has games like Pacman, Digdug and Galaga

We have tried to make this our home away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our favorite part of the home is the custom Juniper live edge countertops. We love bringing our kids and fur balls here to enjoy a relaxing stay near nature and we hope you love it as much as we do.

Parents / person who books is responsible for all guests.
Hazardous areas: stairs, low deck railings, low area in loft on 2nd floor, fire place, stove etc... No baby gates or plug covers.

Cloudcroft Holiday

This is a wonderful condo that suited our group of 5 adults and 1 dog just beautifully! There wasn’t much snow this year but we had a great mountain trip anyway.

Summer Getaway

My brother and I met each other in Cloudcroft for a getaway from our busy schedules. This space was perfect for the few days off with a great kitchen and the location couldn’t have been any better. Also, this place was extremely convenient for my dog. We will be returning when we can!

Another great stay at Spur Landing

This was our third time to stay at Spur Landing in Cloudcroft. As always, communication with Aaron & Deborah was speedy and helpful. The condo is very comfortable and has everything needed for a stay in the mountains. I'm sure we'll plan a return visit in the future!

Very nice, plenty of space large variety of pillows. The pictures do not do it justice. It is close to the town and many hiking spots. The beds are comfortable surroundings are pretty, lots of deers to look at.

Your home was so close to Town but far enough away to enjoy the forest. Very comfy and clean property. Our fur babies were very comfortable. Loved the deck area. Roomy and relaxing.

We love staying at Spur Landing (stayed 3 months several years ago). We like the location, and the configuration of the units. This “pet friendly” unit worked out so well for us and our cat. We made sure she would adapt as if she were home.

Small Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at this wonderful condo in Spur Landing! The second time was just as wonderful as the first time! This time it was just our little family of three and our mini Aussie. The condo was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! We had so much fun watching the elk and the wild horses on the golf course every day. We will definitely be staying here again!

Cloudcroft Condo

We had a great week in Cloudcroft at this 2 bdr 2 ba condo. The location is close to the village with great walking trails nearby. The electric fireplace insert was pretty to view and provided heat when needed. The kitchen countertop live edge wood slab was beautiful.

Very comfortable and clean

Pros: I was very impressed with how clean this rental is! The beds were very comfortable and the location was great! We appreciated all the board games available. Cons: not enough comfortable to accommodate the people that can fit in the unit. Only 3 comfortable spots but we had 6 people. We managed with the extra dining chairs but would have been nice for more options to relax with. Also, no tissues, paper towels, or backup toilet paper. They provided shower soaps but not much in paper products. Overall would definitely stay here again but keeping in mind these things.
