About this property

Cozy Condo for 6 with wooded back patio & grill. 1 mile to town square.

  • Condo w/ a full kitchen & a relaxing deck w/chairs and sun umbrella overlooking the cool pines of the Lincoln National Forest. Relaxing views of wildlife: deer, elk, & birds. Step off the deck to a large green space & let the kids run while you enjoy your coffee. One queen bedroom downstairs w/attached bath w/tub. Upstairs has a loft area with 2 twin beds and an open hallway to queen bed and full bath w/shower.
    A 3 minute drive to the square w/ restaurants, shopping and hiking trails.
    Note: no working fireplace. Deck chairs and umbrella are stored inside. Umbrella stand is outside and needs to be filled with water from outdoor faucet to function. Unit does not have AC, as most do not in Cloudcroft. We provide fans for comfort and all windows work for cross air.
