"My wife and I made a weekend getaway out of a coworker’s wedding in the area and stayed at the Eppe’s House Studio. It was the perfect accommodation for a couple and the location was quiet with a short, easy drive to Farmville. Communication with the host, Stacey, was easy with quick correspondence. The property itself leaves nothing to be desired, it is very obvious that a lot of thought went into furnishing and stocking it for guests. The studio is attached to the main house but feels very private with its own entrance and no shared walls. This was our first time visiting this part of Virginia, we may plan another trip out soon and if we do I won’t look anywhere else for accommodations. It’s also worth noting the main house, also hosted by Stacey, is listed on VRBO as well and would be an awesome option for a larger group or family looking to stay in the area. Highly recommend!"

"We rented this house because we were part of a wedding at The Mill at Fine Creek. It was PERFECT! Adorable, comfortable, nicely updated, great amenities, and super super clean. The host was incredibly nice and responsive if I emailed her with a question, typically responding within moments. 10/10 highly recommend, especially for anyone looking for lodging for events at the venue. "

"My friend got married at a family farm near Powhatan, and we couldn’t find a hotel that wasn’t 45 mins away. Then my girlfriend found this home and it literally made our little mini vacation. The owner is nice, and the horses are super friendly. Didn’t get to take advantage of the horseback riding, but if given just one more day, we for sure would have!"
