This property is on the top of a mountain and the driveway has a steep incline.
It is not wheelchair accessible. There are stairs to a porch to enter the front door. There are two exterior security cameras. One by the garage door and one by the back door. They are both clearly visible and obvious. There is one camera in the garage and one in the pantry. Both are turned off prior to arrival. I have a smart doorbell.

Family visit passing through

Very comfortable master bedroom with great rooms for the kids. Plenty of space. Fenced in yard was great for dog. Clean, enjoyed our stay.

Best kept secret in Clinton!

Absolutely loved our stay. It was extremely clean and organized. You could tell it had been recently renovated with many new items. They had items available that we might have forgotten during our travel which is not the case at other places we have stayed. It was Conveniently located near the wedding venue which was our purpose for traveling to Clinton. It is convenient to a variety of eating options as well as downtown Clinton. We would definitely choose this location again!

Great place to stay in Clinton

The house was clean and well kept, and all of the supplies we needed were there. The owner replied to questions quickly. It was a good space for the 5 of us, nine might get a little crowded. People with impaired mobility might have trouble with the steep driveway. Overall, i would definitely recommended staying here.

Last minute stay on road trip

We stayed here and were able to contact the host at the very last minute. She was able to get us in which was a blessing. The house was clean. The master bedroom bed was really comfortable. The only downside was trying to get into the house as the combo we had was not correct. Then we accidentally left with the key from the lock box when we checked out but turned back to return as soon as the host called. So maybe it would be better to have just a combo lock on the door in the future. The neighborhood was not super nice, but that was not why we stayed there. House was clean and seems like it was/is being renovated. Local town was cute! Overall, good one-night stay.

Host was responsive and accommodating. House was locked when we arrived but we were able to contact them through the ring doorbell to gain access. House was perfect for our party of three. All new appliances. Kitchen is as it appears in pictures. Steep driveway with level parking for 3 vehicles. So, if you're hauling a trailer/boat/etc...be prepared to park in the street.
