We stayed at the Prickly Pear for a wedding we were attending at Clark Farms. it was perfect! we actually rented 3 houses in the neighborhood and it was far better than renting hotel rooms!
We enjoyed our stay!!! The patio area was wonderful!
The home was nice for our three day stay. We found the home to be very clean and suited the four of us. It was convenient to our golf courses!

Our family was so pleased with our stay. The home really enhanced our weekend stay in Colorado's wine country. The place is beautiful and clean. We loved the backyard courtyard and the modern design of the home. It had easy and convenient parking and a large storage room for our bikes. The check-in process and communication with the owner were excellent.
Overall a really nice and comfortable place to stay. Very quiet and safe country location that is very convenient, situated between Palisade and GJ. A newer build, 2 bed 2 bath with some nice amenities (love the outdoor firepit!).
The only issue we had was they could use a better housekeeping crew because the floors were a bit dirty and they should strongly consider hiring a monthly or semi regular exterminator because we did have to deal with some spiders inside. I attribute their presence to the country location, season and the changing weather but still it should be addressed.
The place was beautiful and clean everything we needed. The only thing that would have made it better was tv in the bedrooms for the evenings.

This place was perfect for our trip to Colorado, it is so cute and homey. Will definitely refer this place to all our friends and family. Looking forward to going again and booking here.
Nice, new complex with a great layout! We enjoyed our stay at the Prickly Pear and it was much better than I expected. Nice location and a very modern setup.
The Prickly Pear is a very nice place to stay. For us, it was close to local family and shopping/restaurants, but also in a quiet neighborhood. The place seemed fairly new and was very clean with a great layout. Check-in was very simple. Overall, a great visit.
Thanks for a great stay! We came up from Denver for a long weekend of good food and wine, and couldn't have been happier with this home and the Prickley Pear development. Close drive/Uber to Palisade and Grand Junction. Really a fantastic unit, we will definately return!!! Thanks Amy!
We had a great time. The house is just perfect. Modern, super cute, and clean. The house is stocked with anything you could possibly need down to pool bag and pool noodles. We loved the private back yard too. Great place for dinner. Highly recommend!
Our entire group had positive things to say about this beautiful rental. The whole space was clean, functional, and thoughtfully set up. There were towels for the pool, so don't worry about packing those. Would highly recommend!
Our family went to Palisade Legends for our wedding anniversary. We had our two children in tow. The house was perfect for this scenario. Our kids loved the pool and the house, we all enjoyed the fire pit and private back yard. The house was situated perfectly to take in many great vineyards and was an oasis to return to for relaxation after a day of tasting wine and food!
We appreciate you sharing this cute and cozy cottage with our family. We had a great stay and felt very at home here. The unit is spotless and well equipped. There was great communication with the property manager and clear instructions were provided. The outdoor space with the fire pit is a nice bonus! It was easy to zip around to get everywhere we wanted to go in Grand Junction or to the Palisade wineries.
Celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday in Colorado's wine country
Enjoyed the local flair of wines and wine tasting! We made a trip to the Colorado National Monument, which was just as good as seeing the Grand Canyon! The house is not as close to the wineries as I would have liked, but a nice quiet retreat, really efficient, comfortable, and with all the right amenities. The storage locker was an added bonus to lock up our e-bikes! The Colorado River bike path is accessed within a few feet of the property - takes you to James Robb State Park - great bike path! Overall - a great choice!
