"What a fantastic house!! We loved it here. Everything you need is in the house. The patio is fantastic. We spent most of our time enjoying the evening on the screened in patio. Close to several boat ramps for a day on KY lake. We will defiantly be back!! "

"This the perfect place to stay if you want easy access to the Shiloh National Battlefield. It is less than a ten minute drive and the rooms are nice. It’s not a fancy hotel but it was perfect for us as we spent multiple days at the battlefield. "
"We absolutely love staying at Up the Creek! This past weekend marked our fourth visit (I believe) just this summer, and it never disappoints. The cabins are right on the water, offering beautiful, peaceful scenery…perfect for a relaxing getaway or family celebration. We actually went up to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and had a wonderful time.The cabins are cozy, well-equipped, and just as described. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. One especially thoughtful touch: Mr. Doug added a fan outside for those hot summer days…something we really appreciated!Kayaking was a blast, and keeping an eye on the kids was easy with everything so close by, though we highly recommend bringing life jackets if you plan to be near the water. It’s quiet, fun, and definitely family-friendly.Mr. Doug and the team are always accommodating, responsive, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming.
