"Exceptionally clean. Small but with many extras like: basic necessities to cook meals; tea and coffee; notebook with expectations of guests, means of contacting hosts, and brief descriptions of places of interest nearby. It was very quiet, a comfortable, firm bed and the price was appealing."

"I needed a place for a quick overnight stay and this studio was perfect. Amenities were as advertised. Parking seemed adequate, but I'll admit i walked to and from work nearby. Place is a short walk to CWRU, Little Italy (and all accompanying restaurants and bakeries), as well as University Hospitals. Only concern is the location is in close proximity to the RTA rail line, so there is some train noise. Otherwise this place met my needs for the stay."

"The house is very unique with lots of character! We would have loved to learn more about the history of the house. Loved the decor and spacious bedrooms, plenty of room for a large group! Not a lot of room for parking for the amount of people that can stay in the house, so cars have to park on the street. Did not receive check-out information from host. Overall we had an enjoyable stay."
