Traveler must sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Exterior is monitored by video for safety but not in hot tub area.
Dogs are $35.00 per night, per pet. Dogs not allowed in the river as we can't get wet dog smell out of furniture. Dogs must stay on leash.
Each guest of more than 4 guests is 35.00 per night, per person, no matter if staying overnight or not.
