The home itself couldn’t have been better. The bedrooms and 3rd floor accommodated us all easily, and were very comfortable. The rain shower in the master bathroom was a huge hit. ✹ PETS: Unattended pets must be crated until guests return to the house.

Getting Around:
Plenty of off street parking protected by ring cameras. The neighborhood is also full of Spin and Lime scooters.
Other things to note:
✹ There is an ongoing construction near the property. It starts at 9am until 3pm.
✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided.
✹ Please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events. While we appreciate your interest in our property, we reserve the right to decline such guests.
✹ Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better prepare for your reservation.
✹ Upon check-out, please ensure excess trash is placed in the large receptacles at the side of the house.

✹ We ask guests to enjoy and treat our home with the same love and respect as they treat their own home.
✹ Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.
✹ Damage to the property will incur charges.
✹ There are exterior security cameras for monitoring. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.
✹ Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement.
