I did not like the fact that I made a mistake in booking called right away to corrected and they would not let me change my day by one day. They charged me for a night that I was not going to stay. Just took my money. Not good business.

The only negative was their recipe for scrambled eggs-we did care for them, for they had no taste. Otherwise, their free breakfast was excellent!

I travel to Cleveland often and this has been my Hotel of choice for the 4 years.
This time was VERY different.
I could hear the room upstairs which never happens..
The bed was hard a brick..which also never happens ..
Finally I arrived at 12am and requested a late check which they accommodated, however the house keeping staff tried to enter my room 4 times before I finally told her to stop. I have a late check out.
I can TRULY say this was one of the worst stays Ive ever experienced while at this hotel.
Very disappointing because usually its Nothing but 10s across the board.

The issues you mentioned have been corrected with the Executive housekeeper. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you will give us another opportunity to make your stay the best it can be.
The only thing is the thin walls which management is already aware of. Great staff there. What really impressed me was the management interact with the people and ask if there is anything that we see that needs improved. Mind u, it’s already a very nice hotel. Loved this stay and i truly believe you will too. Oh, and I could find a real complaint about the breakfast either. Thank you to this hotel and staff!!!!!!

The lobby and our room were very clean and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was close to our event venue and easy to find. My only feedback is that housekeeping knocked on our door shortly after 9 a.m. to see if we had checked out yet when check out wasn't until 11.

The walls are paper-thin. We could hear what people were saying in the room next door, also footsteps from above. made it very hard to sleep. I have had better breakfast at Hamptons before. The two women at the desk was very helpful and friendly.
