I would say the windows in our room needed to be replaced except there was nothing to see outside but the parking lot and trees. But I guess that’s what you get when you build your hotel in a hotel district. We had some difficulty using the television. I guess we’ve been Comcast customers for too long. Outside of that, our stay was wonderful. Quiet, clean, no funny smells, nice people, decent breakfast included.

Hotel was laid out differently maybe in an H format. In upper floors you couldn’t walk to all rooms-you had to be in right wing & we got it wrong . Had to back to first floor to get to other side

We had a great short stay. Breakfast was lovely, as was Carol, the breakfast attendant. Convenient location for heading into Cleveland and going to the basketball. Rooms were big and clean.

Room was not in the best condition and shape when we checked in but we figured since we were only there for one night it would be fine. Looked like there was mold growing in the bathroom and there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling from a leak. Staff was very kind though, so that made us feel better about our visit.

Overall Pretty Good
We arrived a little early and were happily granted early check-in. The process was smooth and everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The same can be said for check out. The hotel was quiet and attractive with the exception of the carpet which was worn in some spots and a little dated. My only issue is that the bed linen was not clean. I also pull the blankets back to check and there was hair and other debris on the sheets.

Not sure when the whole change to vegetarian omelets took place but I really wish they would bring back the scrambled eggs or at least give another omelet choice. Staff was amazing and friendly. My room was oddly very noisy. Tough nights sleep.
