This conveniently located yet peaceful slice of paradise is nestled on over an acre with year-round rushing creek & plenty of yard for the entire party to play! If small towns, fresh air, and plenty of green, open spaces sound like the perfect vacation for you, then treat yourself to a stay The Toasted Marshmallow. Located right in between Helen, Ga & Cleveland, GA this is the ideal location for some of the best hiking in Georgia, wineries, breweries, tubing & exploring.

Step into the light filled & inviting living room centered around the stone fireplace. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large island and stainless steel appliances. Catch glimpses of the resident deer from the window encased dining room or covered back porch with additional seating and outdoor dining. Just off the living room is an oversized Master King Suite with views of the rustic red barn and a master bath with a walk-in shower. Upstairs guests will find two additional King Bedrooms & an oversized bathroom with tub/shower combo. One bedroom features an office nook with charging station and plenty of wide-spread views & the other bedroom offers a foosball table providing plenty of entertainment with endless mountain views. Whether you choose to spend your time grilling steaks on the grill, skipping rocks in the creek, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, taking in the breathtaking views, watching the kids play in the large yard, or listening to the rain fall on the tin roof while relaxing on the porch, you're sure to make some great memories during your stay at the Toasted Marshmallow.

The main level boasts the great room with fireplace, 50" smart TV & an abundance of natural light, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, a half bath, a dining room with plenty of seating & the main master suite with 43" Smart TV with attached bathroom & walk-in shower. Upstairs there are two king suites with 43" Smart TVs, one with an office nook & built in desk with mountain views & the other with foosball with mountain views, and a spacious bathroom.

Everything needed for the perfect vacation is located within 5 miles of the cabin! The cabin is perfectly situated between Helen & Cleveland. Cleveland has multiple gas stations, ingles grocery store and lots of little cute shops. Helen has Betty's market, unique shops and several liquor stores.

This quaint Bavarian Alps replica town of Helen, Georgia is set in the Appalachian mountains of North Georgia right on the wine trail & Appalachian trail and offering fun for the whole family. There is an abundance of hiking trails within minutes, a waterpark, tubing (winter and summer), zip lines and ropes courses, horseback riding, picturesque downtown, wineries, mini-golf, gold/gem mining, breweries and more! The cabin is also an excellent place for mountain biking adventures with a paved road & driveway. Come during late September through the end of October to experience Oktoberfest and the changing of the leaves!
In the vicinity there's tons of hiking, ropes courses, zip lines, and the Georgia mountain coaster. Tantrum brewery just opened a few miles away and we also have numerous excellent wineries surrounding the cabin.

Extended weekend getaway

The property was as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. We had a good bit of rain, so was inside most of our trip, and we still had a great time. We played Pac-Man, Ping Pong, watched movies and read books. We were very happy to have the games and a comfortable cabin to relax in.

Perfect spot

We stayed one night for a wedding at Meadows at Moss Creek (about 17 minutes away). Perfect home for our group. The layout is excellent and we loved the view from the back porch. Owner was very responsive and the best communication from start to finish.

Scenic and conveniently located

Six of us, ranging in age from 3mo to 76y, enjoyed staying at the Toasted Marshmallow. It was conveniently located for us to visit Helen, Dahlonega, Sautee, Cleveland, and Gainesville easily. The house was perfect and we loved the foosball upstairs. The views were great and the neighboring donkeys provided us outdoor entertainment, and we liked the creek on property. Great place to stay!

Hiking in North GA

The home was perfectly situated to hiking trails in the North GA area and was very comfortable. Sunsets off the back deck were beautiful and the views of the surrounding mountains were stunning.

The property is beautiful, very clean, great location. It's cozy and comfortable but, plenty of room for us to have our on space. We enjoyed the firepit. The yard is nice. We are looking forward to hopefully enjoying this property again!

Nice house, freshly renovated. They have a couple of games electronic, foosball and ping pong. Creek in the backyard, small so it is fun to splash around in. Drive is a bit steep but not bad. The hardest part was pulling in to the neighbors driveway and we noticed it immediately. overall liked it.

The cabin is a beautiful space to stay in. I normally have to sanitize everything at a hotel, but I felt it was truly clean here. It was easy to find through gps with easy parking right in front of the house. The view is great and I was tempted to stay on the porch all day instead of explore Helen! I did have one minor inquiry about checking in, and my phone call was promptly answered on the first try. I would definitely return!

Loved it so much wanted to buy it!

What is not to love about this property? It is perfectly situated far enough away from touristy areas yet close enough to get there quickly and easily. In close proximity to groceries, shopping, and medical attention. The property itself is stunning! The house is gorgeous, well-designed, and the perfect fit for our family. The surrounding land is manicured but with wildness right on the edge, a running stream, view of the mountains, fire pit. I don't think we could ask for anything more.

Nice stay

The residence was great and the stay was pleasant. However, the grass had not been mowed and we had to walk through knee high weeds and grass to get to the fire pit and stream. The owner had half the grass cut on evening of day 2 and the rest on day 3. There were no dsh towels and a shortage of paper towels which was corrected immediately after calling the owner. Overall it was a great location and a good stay. We would rent the location again.

Stayed for a week and it was a perfect location and a wonderful property.

The home was lovely with plenty of room for my family of 6 and our 2 dogs. The wood-burning fireplace was a great place to gather at night for games and movies and the location of the home was perfect. We were close to many of the area's parks, hikes and, of course, Helen. Sunburst Ziplines were a highlight and Tallulah Gorge is a must-visit!! I highly recommend the home if you are visiting the area. We would stay again, most certainly. 5-stars!

Staying at the Toasted Marshmallow

Everything was perfect. The home was very conveniently located near downtown Helen, hiking trails, wineries as well as grocery and retail stores. Both inside and outside were very clean (new) and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider booking this location again.

Beautiful

What a beautiful home! You had everything we needed! The property was a fun place for the kids to play, we toasted marshmallows over the fire pot, walked to the creek, and enjoyed being outdoors. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Our kids LOVED the pack man game. We can't wait to go back.

Amazing location!

The moment we walked in, it felt like home. So welcoming. Located in the perfect area between Helen and Cleveland. Loved having our morning coffee out on the deck overlooking nature. So relaxing and had all the accommodations one could ask for. We can’t wait to come back!! Very happy with the Toasted Marshmallow!

Amazing Relaxing Trip

Our family enjoyed this cabin while on a 8 day trip in Helen. It's away from the tourist area but still close enough to do everything you want. Everything was always about 10 minutes away. Our kids enjoyed the creek and watching the deer run through the neighboring farm. Overall we'd stay here again if we returned to the Helen area.

The perfect home away from home

We had the absolute best time on our recent trip! This home had everything we needed! The property owners were extremely helpful and responsive! I loved the open yard and we spent almost every night together around the fire. The property was conveniently located, within 15-20 minutes drive of almost everything we wanted to see and do. The beds were super comfortable. All in all we would stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Just Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Toasted Marshmallow. Clean, comfortable beds, gorgeous view from the porch. Perfect location for visiting Helen, Dahlonega, Blue Ridge. We will definitely return.
