The beds were very uncomfortable, not up to Westin Heavenly mattress standards. I don’t think they were this mattress. I had an issue with the valet company, one of the drivers must have had an ink pen in their pocket because there was ink on my white leather seat. The valet company resolved the issue but I’m still dealing with a credit to my credit card. Very friendly staff and easy to get to.

Everything about this hotel was excellent upon entering, but the Front Desk was understaffed during Check-in and then once we got up to our Room 803, the door had the number written on a piece of Blue Tape, the carpet, to the left had been removed. Inside the room the Bathroom Door came off the rail when my wife try to slide it close, the bathroom sink was stopped up, the toliet had to flushed twice to clear, the refrigerator cabinet door had a broken hinge, the safe didn't lock, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The quality of this property has severely declined over the years. The place looks extremely worn and tired. Staff friendly but not of the caliber that 500.00 per night would warrant. Room service all in plastic and in a bag, yuk. Water pressure in shower horrible. No water in room and had to ask front desk twice. Very sad to see such a decline would not be shocked to see the place shuttered as economic woes in Cleveland have decimated the city

Good: the restaurant had good food and friendly staff. Bad: We stayed for 3 days and no one ever cleaned or straightened our room. That is ok if the hotel informs you of the policy, but they did not. The room wasn’t particularly clean to begin with. The bathroom slider door was very hard to move and when I checked the runner it was dirty. In a well run hotel, the housekeeping staff should let the engineering staff of issues like stuck doors. Anyway, I won’t stay there again. There are plenty of other hotels in the area.

I loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom, the grab bar in the bath, and the water pressure. Appreciated the complimentary water bottles, and the quiet even though our room backed up to the elevators. Only suggestion is to add more drawers for clothes!

When we checked in the woman at the desk wasn’t very friendly. It was a busy weekend with several concerts and a baseball game. The hotel ran out of snacks and drinks in there. They never refilled them. I asked the desk clerk for cutlery(plastic was fine). He said they ran out the other day and the restaurant was closed. He simply didn’t care. The made knocked on our door at 9:00 am Sunday morning then again at 10:00 am. She wanted us out even though check out was 11:00. She never apologized or offered an explanation. While the property was nice I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I love the Westin! When I learned Billy Joel/Rod Stewart would be performing at Cleveland Brown’s Stadium, back in January of this year, I immediately bought tickets. Knowing what a major event this would be, I decided to book a hotel stay, so I wouldn’t have to worry about driving home that night. The Westin was a short, 14 min. walk to the stadium. The staff at the Westin, Downtown Cleveland, were all very welcoming and friendly. Our room was ready when we arrived at 3:30 pm. We were on the 14th floor, which gave us a pretty view of Cleveland at night. Everything was perfect; the weather, the Westin, and the concert!

No hot water in shower, noisy all night due to poor insulation feom hallway noise and dog barking in room nearby, bed mediocre, tv remove was gross- should be burned. Mold in bathroom, very weird banquet seating thing in room that was as comfy as a wooden bench. Overall, terrible
