The staff were nasty thieves. My room was entered twice without permission, left my door open with all my belongings in it. They stole a pack of cigarettes and admitted to it!

Outside was “trashy”, garbage cans were full. Food was left in the fridge from prior stay. Freezer was caked with ice. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Very outdated rooms.

The staff was nice, but it was annoying that we has to have are keys fixed 4 times and then have are room moved all together. When we were finally able to get in to shower and relax, I found that the bottom of the shower curtain was caked in mold. That disguisted me. When I thought I left my license there, the staff searched both rooms to help me. I later found it attached to my credit card I used so that wasnt there fault but they did try to help.

Poor old Crown Plaza now Ramada in desperate need of tlc. Brand new Holiday Inn just down the street, wish we had known. Staff was lovely tho!

I took my daughter here for a girls weekend to get away and the host was amazing over this weekend.. only thing that i didnt realize was there wasnt a fridge or microwave. Pool is amazing but hot tub was broken when we went
