Holiday home located on the ground floor of a villa, with a separate entrance, accommodating 2 to 5 people in Clermont l'Hérault, just 4 km from Lake Salagou and close to all amenities. It includes a spacious living/dining room, one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.



Very functional and well-equipped, this accommodation offers a pleasant atmosphere with tasteful decoration, so you feel at home. Full comfort: reversible air conditioning to cool the apartment, fully equipped kitchen, reserved parking, internet access, TV in the living room and bedroom, private garden and swimming pool for your use, charging station for electric vehicles (available for an extra fee).



The rental features a private terrace shaded by a pergola, with garden table and chairs, barbecue, as well as a private Mediterranean garden with a turtle pond fed by a spring. The pool (8x4x1.50 m), in-ground, traditional and salt-treated, has a baby pool, pool house, sun loungers and parasols. You have access at any time thanks to a secure gate for which you have the keys. The pool area has recently been covered with special wooden decking.



Clermont l'Hérault, a small town of 9,000 inhabitants, is ideally located in the centre of the department, making it an excellent base for discovering remarkable sites. From the accommodation, you can easily reach a supermarket less than 50 metres away, without noise disturbance. Although located in town, the property offers peace and quiet for relaxation.



You can easily park in the reserved parking space in front of the house and enjoy quick access to the road network. Our rental is designed so that you feel perfectly comfortable, in a pleasant setting and with all necessary amenities.

Good stay

My sister and I enjoyed staying at the accommodation hosted by Genevieve. We were grateful for many little touches that made us feel very comfortable. It was especially nice to have use of the private outdoor space and safe, easy parking. Supermarket on the doorstep was an easy bonus.

Endroit charmant et piscine superbe

Tout est conforme au descriptif, il ne manque vraiment rien et on se sent très vite comme chez soi. le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment très jolis et le tout a beaucoup de charme. Les hôtes sont à la fois discrets et disponibles. On a passé une excellente semaine dans cette location et on la recommande chaleureusement.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. Les hôtes sont accueillant, discret et de bon conseil pour les excursions environnantes. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréable, bien entretenus et décorés avec soins. L'intérieur est fonctionnel, bien équipé et frais. Nous avons réellement apprécié notre séjour tous confort, la propreté des lieux irréprochable, toutes commodités à proximité ( grandes surfaces , commerces, restaurants ). Geneviève et son mari nous ont accueillit chaleureusement et on été prévenants sans être envahissants tout au long du séjour. La propriété est très propre, bien située (hypermarché à 5min à pied, centre-ville à 10-15min) et bien équipée. La piscine sécurisée possède un pool house idéal pour lire ou se reposer à l'ombre. Le jardin est également cloturé. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience est excellente.

sejour au soleil reposant paisible dans une villa magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans ce logement magnifique avec le confort et une terrasse pour manger en famille, piscine propre et securisee pour s y baigner et bronzer toute la journee au soleil. Nous n avons manqué de rien, tous les equipements necessaires sont disponibles dans la villa, a l exterieur hyperu pizzeria macdo banque et restos sont a moins de 5min a pied. Merci aux proprietaires pour leur chaleureux accueil, leur confiance et leur hospitalité. Je recommande sincerement la villa Le Sarac 🥇

Que du bonheur

Un endroit merveilleux. Nous sommes venus pour la première fois cet été dans la région et rendez-vous est déjà pris pour 2021. La maison mise à notre disposition par Geneviève est enchanteresse. Tout y est prévu pour le bien-être de ses occupants. Rien ne manque, on s’y sent comme chez soi. Le descriptif de la maison, de son jardin et de sa piscine que l’on peut constater sur internet correspond parfaitement à ce que l’on trouve sur place. Il y manque juste cette impression d’apaisement et de bien-être, indescriptible, que l’on peut ressentir lorsque l’on vit sur place. Et si comme nous, vous êtes passionnés de randonnées cyclistes, le club des cyclotouristes de Clermont l’Hérault accueillent bien volontiers les vacanciers de passage. Nous avons été bluffés par la qualité de leur accueil. Enfin, on ne peut pas terminer notre commentaire sans évoquer la gentillesse de Geneviève et de Gérard. Suffisamment discrets pour nous laisser vivre nos vacances en toute tranquillité mais également présents lorsque c’est nécessaire. À l’année prochaine

Un petit coin de paradis!

Les commentaires ne mentent pas! Geneviève et son compagnon sont des hôtes très accueillant. Le jardin magnifiquement aménagé est le reflet de leur respect, bienveillance et gentillesse. Nous ne sommes pas resté longtemps, mais nous reviendront avec plaisir! La piscin est au top et l'appartement très fonctionnel. Merci pour votre accueil, s'était un séjour tout à fait charmant!

Nous avons passé une semaine des plus reposantes. La location est idéalement située. À deux pas d'un supermarché et trois du centre ville. Avec également une multitude d'activités à proximité. La location est superbement équipée, rien ne manque. Une mention spéciale pour la cuisine d'été au bord de la superbe piscine. Nous y avons passé de très bons moments, notamment pour l'apéro, à jouer aux fléchettes à l'abri du soleil. Bref, nous recommandons vivement !

Early Summer Break

My wife & I stayed for a week in June and absolutely loved the house and the area. The house is clean, very well equipped and really well located for visiting the area. The pool is superb, and the gardens lovely. Genevieve was really helpful and friendly and spoke English very well, which was a big help for us. Although the accommodation forms part of the main house, the owners were very discreet and we had sole use of the garden and pool. The area is really good for visiting - we particularly liked Lake Salagou, Cirque de Navacelles and Pezenas. Thank you Genevieve!

Que du bonheur

Une adresse au top ! Appartement fonctionnel, équipé avec tout le matériel pour le confort et internet. Belle terrasse avec un jardin fleuri et une piscine. Proche d'une grande surface, de la ville, des moyens de locomotions ainsi que de l'autoroute. Un havre de paix pour s'y reposer, se ressourcer avec beaucoup d'endroits à découvrir (Lac du Salagou, cirque de mourèze, le pont du diable, Bouzigues....) et la mer à 40 kms. Accueil très attentionné et chaleureux des hôtes d'une discrétion et gentillesse sans égal. Un grand merci à vous 2 pour notre superbe séjour.
