"Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in dieser schönen Wohnung und haben uns wieder unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat einen schönen Balkon. Strand und Strandpromenade sowie Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war wieder unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und werden sicher wieder kommen."

"Everything was fine except lines of communication to arrange the 1st meeting at the studio. I cannot speak French so could not understand the email the project manager had sent me. The owner was contacted and he was very helpful and could speak English."

"This beach apartment is steps from the beach and local eateries. The view from the porch was superb. Since we had a rental car parking was a plus! The property manager was very helpful. As Americans it was important to be able to rent linens, and arrange for cleaning. Just be aware that this is not included in the price. A booklet with important information like how to use the TV and available channels, washer, key system, nearby menus, would have been welcome."

Proche de tout (mer, commerces/ 2mn des Halles).Quartier très agréable et très calme : petites ruelles, cafés...Tout prêt des canaux...et pas loin des plages. Sinon l'arrêt de bus est tout proche. Des vacances pour flaner !"

"My son and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was very communicative. He was able to quickly and remotely correct one minor issue. Clément, who has an art studio on the ground floor, was a great on-site help. Be sure to ask for a tour of his studio. He's happy to show off his excellent work. The location was good. It was easy to walk to all the good areas."

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...
