This hotel is a 41/2 star too me customer service at the front desk is excellent, housekeeping does a great job. The room is clean, water stays hot even in the mornings, the Hotel is in a very nice area. Clemson University, I am really enjoying my stay.

Rooms were nice and clean. Customer service was Awesome. We came to watch a Clemson baseball game. Price was affordable during these inflation times. We will definitely stay again.

The facility was clean and newly remodeled. The beds weee very comfortable. I would stay there again and recommend others to also.

Rooms are dated. HVAC is a window style unit that was extremely noisy and I’m a deep sleeper. Staff was courteous and willing to move us. However, there was not another room with two queen beds available.

The price of the rooms did not coincide with the condition of the hotel. I have stayed at much nicer properties for approximately the same amount. The staff is nice but they need to update.

The security door was broken and had been for sometime. When we questioned it she said that maintenance was notified a while ago but no one came to fix. I did not feel safe.

The Comfort Inn and Suites was an average hotel experience for a decent price. The shower in the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The beds were a bit soft but still comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. Some employees were friendlier than others. Overall, an average and satisfactory stay.

Very sloppy welcome at the front desk with young lady yawning and not being professional during check in. There was construction, so no working gym and both my husband and my son wanted to workout inside due to weather conditions, we were not made aware of this when researching the hotel.

There was what appeared to be construction debris (plaster?) in the hallway near our room 320 on the 3rd floor. Seemed odd. Room was fine. Breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly. Thank you.

Love the Clemson Univ. Christmas tree! I had a suite which was great! Everything was very clean. Would like to suggest sugar free syrup be made available on breakfast bar. Disappointed that decaf coffee machine was out of order.

You get what you pay for....
They are in the middle of renovations so there was a lot of construction noises. The wifi was horrible. Bed needs replacing. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was nice and helpful. Parking was good. Cleanliness was good. Things I didn’t like: construction area in hallway right outside door to our room, toilet had no lid on seat and was right beside vanity so if you dropped any of your toiletries - Yuk!

Front desk was friendly! Room was clean but Toilet bowls were dirty when I got the room!!! I gave the cleaning lady a small tip the next day with hope of coming to a clean toilet bowl. I figured the first time was a mistake, I came back with bed not made and same pee stain on the rim of the seat. Lady was very nice! But honestly I felt disgusted having to come to a hotel to clean the toilet seat! This must be a standard to any room and bathroom everywhere.
