Our house is less than 5 minutes walk away from the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. A great location for you to discover Cleethorpes the best way. Whole Ground floor is a large open plan Lounge, Kitchen/Diner, beautifully modern and stylish with seating for 6, a 43" 4K HD Samsung Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and Disney+. Kitchen/Diner with NEFF Double Oven and Gas Hob, NEFF Integrated American Fridge + Freezer, NEFF Dishwasher, Microwave and dining table for 6 guests, washing machine, tumble dryer, Tassimo Coffee Machine, Kettle and Toaster, Dyson Vacuum, Iron and Ironing board.



Child stair gates at both the top and bottom of the stairs for you families safety, high chair and travel cot.



Beautiful Family Bathroom - full size bath with rainfall shower, hand basin and WC.



King size sprung and memory foam mattress in Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2 can be configured as either King Bed or Twin Singles with memory foam mattresses, Single bed with memory foam mattress in Bedroom 3



High speed cable broadband/WIFI (300MB), Nest Thermostat and 3 x Nest Protect smoke and CO2 alarms for your safety and comfort and USB sockets located throughout the property.



Outside a private drive for two vehicles, level access to the front door (no steps) and large rear garden with artificial grass, patio and basketball hoop.
