There are bbq's in close proximity to most rooms as well as a covered area with a couple large bbq's and benches. Great place for a family reunion, group of friends get together or just a quick get away. Would highly recommend to anyone"

"A lovely place to stay after a long motorcycle woods—and surrounded by wild nature! Wonderful host, too! I hope to return. Note: you're driving in around 20-25 minutes in from Clearwater, BC over dirt roads that eventually climb quite a bit through some tight switchbacks to find the property. I didn't have any problem on my motorcycle (Kawasaki Versys 650 or sport touring/light ADV style), but sounds like some other two-wheeled riders have found the approach to the property challenging. "Listed VRBO photos don’t do this place justice—the setting is absolutely beautiful and serene, clean and very quiet. It’s so relaxing. Building designs are creative, and staff are helpful and friendly. It’s a great location for Wells Gray exploration! There was a pair of sandhill cranes on the property while we were there, as well as farm animals, black bear and deer nearby.
