  • If you’re looking to truly get away, this newly updated home—nestled on a magical rocky outcrop overlooking beautiful Clear Lake—is the perfect retreat. Take in sweeping panoramic lake views and watch migrating birds pass through the sky.
    Unwind on the private deck, shaded by mature oak trees, and enjoy the sight of ospreys gliding below. The home also makes an ideal base for adventure. Just 20 minutes away, Mendocino National Forest offers endless outdoor activities, including mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and hunting.
    The house is serviced by a natural surface well water system. During warmer months, the water may have a mild natural sulfur scent. The water is safe, fully filtered, and backwashed daily. You may occasionally hear water cycling through the system from the laundry room during these backwash periods.
    A peaceful, nature-immersed escape—perfect for relaxation, exploration, and reconnecting with the outdoors.
