Front desk clerk not friendly. Put us in a room next elevator. Smelled cigarette smoke entire stay informed them and they didn't seem to care.

Clean room, comfortable bed; the breakfast with biscuit and gravy was very good and different from the usual egg and sausage from other hotels - will stay again.

We were up for our daughter's college graduation. We reserved 5 rooms and added an additional from the site. When we open the curtains upon arrival my wife noticed a bug crawling. It was a bedbug.(room 219) We took a quick picture and immediately reported to front desk. He suggested that I check all of the rooms. I found a worm like larvae crawling in the box spring of (room 315). Needless to say two of our family members decided that they did not want to chance the stay. I turned the room keys in. It was too late to leave so my wife and three children stayed in the remaining 4 rooms. It was the most uncomfortable sleep of my life. At check out (Sunday morning) I was told the manager Traci would not be in until Monday and to follow up via phone to discuss the room and the billing. I spoke with Traci and she was un apologetic to say the least. She explained that she found a bug on the curtain only in room 219 and did not find a bug in 315. She alos stated that she came in Sunday morning after hearing of the incident but when we checked out at 10:30am, I specifically asked for a manager and I was told that the manager would be in on Monday. Traci went on to tell me that she would speak to her Regional Manager- Mr. Patel and she will call me back. Unsatisfied with her responses and not feeling any sincerity in her tone, I insisted that the Regional Manage-Mr. Patel contact me directly. He has yet to do so. I contacted my back to dispute all charges until I speak with Mr. Patel.

Everything was what we hope to find while on the road.
Easy access to I-80, clean, safe, friendly.
Beds were great as well as everything in the room; simple & standard, while very clean & comfortable.
Free Hot breakfast was a huge plus as well as well as the staff who were providing.
Outstanding overnight stay for us.

We loved this place. Our daughters loved the breakfast, the pool was clean and quiet, they helped us order Domino’s and the staff is extremely friendly!
This is our fourth stay at Clearfield, and this has been the best hotel of them all.

I cant complain much it was noce i would come again, breakfast was good, the only thing is im near main entrance 1st floor, i might ask for different floor and not next to noisey kids or adults.
Can't say enough nice about this place. It was clean and quiet. All staff members were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Saw the maintenance worker outside cleaning and doing a great job. I highly recommend this place.
