Lovely single story house located at the most desired Buckingham Drive of Clear Lake. The backyard/deck area opens on to the 9th hole of the Buckingham Country and Golf Club fairway. No neighbor on one side. The tall Pine trees all around provide privacy and shade during summer time. The Marina is about a mile away. Hiking trails are nearby. Golf, Hike, Fish, Swim - a vacationers paradise. The house is fully furnished with beautiful stained glass theme, simply gorgeous. Pets are welcome.
