This enchanting 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features spacious kitchens and living areas on both the main and lower levels, making it ideal for entertaining or relaxing. The main level back deck is fully furnished, complete with a fireplace, bar, and TV. On this level, you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master suite, located on the upper level, includes a full bathroom and a private balcony that offers captivating views.

The lower level boasts one bedroom, a second living room, and an additional kitchen, along with a pool table for entertainment.

The backyard includes a firepit and is surrounded by forest land with few neighbors, ensuring a peaceful and private sanctuary.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months

-Please clean out the wood-burning stove, outdoor fire pit, and grill if used.

-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used during your stay. Most importantly, please inform us 1-day prior to your checkout if you intend on leaving before 10:00 am.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
