Newly updated, simply decorated, spacious house featuring 4 bedrooms (sleeping for 10), 3 baths, living room, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, dining room (seating for 10), and laundry room. It is surround by cornfields & has a stocked pond. Fishing/swimming includes Moffit’s lake (25 minutes) or Lake Barkley (1.5 hours) away. Hunting includes Blackford Oaks WMA (0.5 miles), Big Rivers WMA (18 miles), and Higginson-Henry WMA (19 miles). The house is located 6 miles outside of Clay, Ky and less than 30 miles from Providence, Dixon, Sturgis, and Marion, Ky.

NO HUNTING ON THE FAMILY FARM! No cleaning or draining animals on the property!!! Large building and small storage unit are off limits for guests!
More than welcomed to use attached garage and small garage with manual opener!
