It was not apparent while booking the room that the doors were on the outside. My family did not feel safe so we tried to cancel. The hotel said hotels.com charged me so they had to refund. However, hotels.com said it was up to the hotel.

Everything was great. But i wish we had the Hot Tub thats been down for 2 months now. Very disappointed in that. Plenty of time to fix it.

Oak Grove Racing Gaming & Hotel
Room was very clean. I ended up on the 5th floor which is the smoking floor. To my surprise, the floor sorta smelled of smoke and pot but not real strong. My room smelt fabulous, i had no idea i was on a smoking floor. I DO NOT smoke..i also left the casino with a little extra $$$. I will be stayingvthere ...
