Great stay!
The property was super clean and nice! Smelled great as soon as we walked in. It’s exactly like the pictures, and super homey. There were lots of little touches that made it clear that the owner really cares and pays attention to detail. Also, the owner was helpful and responded right away when we had a question

Overnight stay to break up long drive
Clean home, simple check in, had everything needed for stay. Really appreciated the waters and coffee pod for morning since we got in so late. Would definitely recommend this property!

Hello, we were unable to give you all 5 star ratings due to us finding some stained items. There were also 2 face towels, 1 oven mit, and 1 dish towel missing.

Gary was amazing and helpful in every way possible. Really nice guy with customer service in mind. If I needed anything he was prompt to make sure that i had it. If i ever end up in the city Clarksville TN. again, i will look no further than his place. Spacious, clean and most certainly accommodating.

Cozy and Quiet
We went to Clarksville to visit my son and his family. The location was only 15-20 away from where we needed to be. The rental was very clean and super quiet. I felt very comfortable there. It had everything we needed. The rental company and Gary checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. The only con was that there was a shower head in the full bath, but there wasn’t a way to turn it on (at least that we could tell). Overall it was a nice place to stay. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

We do wish you would have called us about the shower situation. We would have instructed you on how to use the shower. It does work, there is a divertor on the tub faucet to turn it on.

Visiting Our Son at Fort Campbell
The property was a short distance from Fort Campbell. It was easy to find. The accommodations were perfect for our short stay. We appreciated the washer and dryer on sight and the laundry supplies.

Overall great experience
Excellent host, well appointed rental. Very clean and a lot of extras included. As a person who stays in a lot of short term rentals for work, this is one of the nicer ones that I have stayed in in years. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in the area. Thanks for everything!

It was a great place to stay. Everything needed was there to use (like for cooking, showering, sleeping). If you forgot something at home, Walmart is just down the street.
