Charming! Private and cozy Nolin Lake cottage near Mammoth Cave National Park.

We would love to have you spend your vacation or weekend getaway in our welcoming lake house on amazing Nolin Lake. This seasonal lake view home boasts a fully furnished kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, and a gorgeous stone gas fireplace. Enjoy WIFI and streaming 200+ channels as well as hundreds of apps from your phone to the TV. There are lots of board games as well as a cozy space on the upstairs landing to read and relax.
Step outside to the covered wrap around porch with lots of seating and experience the peaceful scenic views and wildlife. There is a gas grill as well as an outside dining area that overlooks the serene water feature. Enjoy the firepit and the area just off the porch with tranquil overhead lighting.
Wax Marina is less than a mile away, offering boat rentals and a boat ramp to launch your watercraft. Be sure to visit the lakeside restaurant next to Wax Marina, with amazing views of the lake. There are also two stores less than a mile away with a wide range of supplies including groceries, gas, fishing tackle and boating supplies. Mammoth Cave National Park is just minutes away by utilizing the Green River Ferry route. Go horseback riding, zip lining, and see Dinosaur World less than 40 minutes away. Great Nolin Lake Stay

We have stayed here before and every time has been wonderful. Communication is great and the home is cozy, clean and comfortable. The covered deck is a great place to hang out after a day on the lake.

Quick getaway

Everything was as listed. Clean and comfortable quick trip with the family. Drive to Mammoth cave visitors center was longer than expected, but that's cause we didn't do our homework properly. It is about 50 minutes to the main mammoth cave entrance.

Kayaking getaway

We launched our kayaks from the dock one day and stayed on the lake all day Drove them to the golf cart path then carried them for a short distance but the dock made it super convenient We also swam from dock House was nice and clean and yard was great for sitting outside

Cozy Lakeside Home

The property was pristine and just as described. The information included was extremely detailed and helped us prepare for our relaxing stay. A short walk down the road takes you to a stunning lake and huge dock where we were able to swim and fish. It took us about an hour to get to Mammoth Caves- we didn’t get to experience the ferry because the water levels were low. Be prepared to do a bit of driving because everything is spread out but it is beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Lovely home near Nolin Lake

A sweet, comfortable house a short walk to Nolin Lake, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a nice kitchen. We were in the area to tour Mammoth Cave and would certainly return.

Along the lake.

For anyone wanting a get away from the chaos of society, this house has what your looking for. This fully furnished house has the utensil and everyday needs to make getting away simple all you need is your suitcase!. The house has amazing wood work throughout the house giving you that cabin on the lake vibe, nestled along the lake. My family and i absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away!

We stayed here to go adventure Mammoth Cave a little bit of a drive but the Green River Ferry trip and the park itself were fun!! The property was very clean and a good kitchen as you are miles from a restaurant!!
