"The customer services was horrible my room had the worst smell. I had to request another room and had to pay then when I got the new room it smelled so horrible. I would like my money back for the payment of the knew room. That resort will not last if customer services doesn’t change"

"Property was nice, well maintained and the staff was amazing. The only downside to this was, for an "all inclusive resort" the dining options were very limited during the day with a lot of the restaurants being closed until 5pm. I can say that the family side was definitely more livelier but nonetheless ..."
