"Despite spending a significant amount of money to stay here, the staff have been unwelcoming. I expected much more from a hotel that charges as much as this one does, but the service has not matched the price at all. From the moment we arrived, we were treated more like a problem than paying guests. Basic necessities like towels and toilet paper were not provided regularly, and it was nearly impossible to find staff when we needed anything. I do want to point out that the Jax staff have been excellent. The food has been great, and the kitchen staff have always prepared our food quickly. The staff at Jax and the delicious continental breakfast have been a consistently positive part of this stay. Overall, I only extended our stay because of convenience and the decent quality of the rooms. I would recommend to always book through this app as the price is more suitable for the experience we’ve had at this hotel. "

"the staff are great, parking was good, but they did not put any water bottles in the rooms for coffee pot, and the debit card machine was down, they had no restaruant as it is under renos. but the beds are comfy, they have nice bottles of dove shampoo and conditioner, and body wash in the shower. and dove hand soap at sink, "
