Located in a small hamlet, 4 km from the village of Clairac, this old plum oven, completely restored, now houses the Romance gîte. On one level, with small enclosed garden, the rental is located near the owners, on a working farm, 60 ha.
Cottage area: 43 m². 1 independent bedroom with 1 140 cm bed. Independent bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and washing machine. Sheets rental. Baby equipment loan (high chair, playpen, cot ...). Living room / lounge with sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, WiFi, dining area. Small fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge). Reversible climate control. Enclosed garden of 126 m² with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
Possibility to discover the animals of the owners' farm (cows, ornamental hens, pheasants, etc.).

Très humide

De l’eau remontait du sol par les joints il a fallu chauffer à plus de 22° afin de tenter d’éliminer cette humidité qui nous tombait sur les épaules. Résultat du chauffage à régler en supplément !!!

Calme et Nature. Un bon séjour détente

Accueil agréable et rapide. Loin de l'agitation urbaine ça fait du bien. Confort simple mais suffisant, quelques équipements électro ménager fatigués (grille-pain, bouilloire), mais d'autres neufs (micro-ondes, TV Led), et d'autres non testés (lecteur DVD, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge). Très calme, très spacieux pour 1 ou 2, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur (terrasse, pelouse), équipements pour déjeuner ou profiter dehors : table, chaises, méridiennes. Clôturé si vous avez un chien. Stationnement véhicule pratique. Running, promenades, faune (chevreuils notamment) à observer et photographier pour ceux qui aiment. Proche Villeneuve sur Lot ou commerces de proximité à Clairac, et relativement central pour explorer tout le département. Tranquillité, repos, observation faunique, un bon séjour détendu !
