Villa a few minutes from the beach
The villa is located in Ciutadella in the urbanization of Cala Blanca, in a very quiet place, near the beach and the promenade that borders the coast of the urbanization.
The house consists of a large living room - dining room and a kitchenette. Three rooms, one with a double bed, another with a divan bed 90-160 cm and the third with 2 single beds, all with an exterior window and fitted wardrobes. Inside the house there is a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and in the pool area there is another bathroom with shower. The 2 bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and the house is fully equipped, blankets, sheets, towels, kitchen utensils ...
The outdoor area is very spacious with pool and barbecue and also has a garage for two cars.
