Palm trees are a thing I see only in vacation. Waking up in the morning with palm tree view in your window makes your day beautiful from the first second of the day. Room was nice, large and clean, large bathroom,. Large hotel rooms and bathrooms are not easily found in European hotels. I didn't try to access their patio and pool as there was a party .... and to be honest wasn't the time for a pool, pretty cold this time of the year, first week of May.

Nice place to stay, friendly staff and good rooms, only bug-bear was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities, but that is typical in Spain.

Super nice! Large bathroom. Very clean and quiet. Great sheets. Pillows were hard, though. A 10 minute, pleasant walk to central part of town. We enjoyed Ciudad Real and this hotel!

This was a nondescript but adequate hotel. It could use some refreshing. Coffee in the room would be a bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice patio bar/lounge.

Great stop over hotel
Great location for an overnight stop between Cordoba and Toledo. Easy parking and great restaurant. Rooms could use some sound proofing.

The hotel is new, staff was very friendly and the check in process was fast, extra bed was in the room like it was requested weeks before the check in. Highly recommended!

Pleasant 3 night stay in Ciudad Real.
Our vacation stay was 3 nights at Hotel Parque Real in Ciudad Real, Spain. Check in was easy and efficient. The hotel clerk spoke some English and communication was not a problem. The room was ready, clean, and very modern. We included breakfast with our room each morning and the buffet service had a nice selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, and dairy. Also, a machine dispensed orange juice. The coffee machine was excellent as served espresso, short and long, and could be adjusted for Americano which we preferred. The only issues we encountered were dead batteries in the room safe which needed to be replaced. It took two days to receive the replacement batteries, so we were unable to use the safe for a period of time. Another issue was the air conditioning controller. Despite being set to a desired temperature, the unit had a mind of its own. When the room was too hot we opened the window. Summer travelers may want to test the temperature settings before settling in on hot days. This was my third visit to this hotel. I like it because of its proximity to downtown, the rooms relatively quiet, the staff professional and friendly, and the hotel seemed fairly priced. The hotel was about 10 minutes by taxi from the train station. The taxi was approximately 8 euro each way.

This should not be a 4☆ rated hotel
I do not understand how this hotel can possibly be rated 4☆. Booking in went smoothly but from then on it was dreadful. We had booked 2 nights with breakfast. The first morning breakfast was reasonable but we had to ask for cups, dishes, cutlery, not what you would expect from this class of hotel. The second morning the coffee machine was broken, the eggs had run out at 9am and they couldn't cook any more. No Croissants either. The biggest let down was the full day we were there our room was not cleaned. Apparently the cleaner had told reception we had refused access but considering we were out from 10 am to 6pm and didn't see a cleaner we were left somewhat disappointed and confused They did bring us clean towels at 7pm. The staff in the bar and restaurant were working really hard but obviously totally understaffed to provide the service one should receive from a 4 ☆ hotel.

Nice Hotel close to the Beach
This is a nice place to stay close to the beach in Marbella. Our only complaint was the rooms are very small. You can barely get your suit cases in the door. Also the drinks at the hotel bar were very expensive compared to everywhere else. Breakfast was very good in the morning.

Comfortable and Convenient!
Initial impression isn’t great during construction of what seems to be an extension which also affected part of the footpath. But once inside and checked in, all was of high quality (Service, Cleanliness, Restaurant, etc, etc...).

Nice hotel close to town centre
Nice hotel a quick 10min walk away from the town centre with plenty of parking available immediately in front of the hotel, a rare treat in Spain! Nice cafe on the premises and in a quiet area.

I had a problem scheduling a train to Madrid on the 1st of January. But Laura and Mar were able to get me on a train at a convenient time. They went above the call of duty. I will definitely stay at the Parque Real next time in Ciudad Real.

Wonderful hotel .
This is a wonderful hotel . The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The staff were all kind , polite , helpful and efficient. The position of the hotel is perfect just a short walk through a lovely park brings you to the town centre. We had a very relaxing time and will definitely return .

A jewel of La Mancha
Audrey greeted us at the front desk, already knew my name, remembering me from my previous visit in February. Needless to say, check in went smoothly and we were in our room in no time. The room was nicely furnished, European modern. Extra pillows. Refrigerator in room. Air conditioning worked well. Very nice bathroom layout, double sinks, bidet went unused. Breakfast modestly priced but well supplied. Hope they don't find how many cups of coffee I drank from self-serve espresso machine. Dinner service on patio superb and food very good. We'll be back!

Muy mal la información, acerca de los servicios del hotel además en verano busco hotel con picina para usarla y la cierran el fin de semana o cuando quieran por eventos privados .,, además el servicio por parte de algunos de el personal es pésimo son groseros mala educados la señora de la limpieza súper grosera a gritos faltando al respeto y nadie de administración para responde, nada de servicio 4 estrellas tiene buenas instalaciones y muy buen restaurante pero la atención es terrible no lo recomiendo si vienes a descansar

La recepcionista nada empatíca. Cuando fuimos a desayunar todas las mesas estaban sin recoger, tuvimos que apartar los platos y cubiertos de huéspedes anteriores y el personal que estaba atendiendo el comedor no mostro ningún interés, no había ningún cubierto, ni platos, ni vaso,... tuvimos que ir a la cafetería a que nos los dieran. El buffet estaba arrasado y tras comentárselo al camarero se fue y volvió con un catél que decía que los alimentos eran para consumir en el comedor y que estaba prohibido llevárselos y lo coloco, pero no se preocupó de reponer. Nuca vi un hotel donde el personal tuviese menos interés. La verdad es que no aconsejo este hotel.

El personal poco agradable, anuncian que tienen piscina pero no tienen documentación para abrirla, habitación poco insonorizada, se escucha “todo” de las habitaciones contiguas.
