The younger ladies who check in are very nonchalant. Feel like they weren’t that helpful. If I called they would just transfer me back and forth. Their answers were very short. The bed mattresses were extremely hard.

Comfort Inn Ciudad Juarez
The employees were fantastic, everyone was very approachable. The food was really good but it was frustrating that there wasn’t a shuttle, laundry or pool and The beds are really hard.

Hotel Mesaluna Short & Long Stay
The kitchen did not have utensils to cook. The hotel smells and they cover wirh strong sprays bad if you have migranes no air so kids have nose bleeds often no windows in most rooms
