"A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). Aside from that pretty major mistake, the room was fine."

"I liked the location (5 min walk from the train station) and close proximity to good restaurants. I did not like: AC was not working and we were in a very hot room, they gave us the handicap room(we didnt ask for it) the toilet was too high for me and the shower was a mess…it was really bad but since it was just one night we didnt ask for a different room."
