Very nice hotel and excellent value for money. Stand was the service - front desk, cleaning, restaurant all so very helpful and spoke enough English to help me. We had a balcony room, which was a good space - not cramped, and also a good feel. Nice shower good air cond, and felt safe - also fairly quiet. Location was good - plenty of food and coffee options incl markets near and a ten minute walk up to the gardens. The only small criticism is the towels are getting a bit old but still work...

Whilst the room was very clean, the AC worked really well kept the room nice and cool, we also had a great view from our balcony. The bad is that some of the staff are lazy and can not even follow their own guidelines, my wife wanted to order room service for lunch as the booklet in the room stated 24hrs to be told by a lazy incompetent female staff member that room service is NOT available 24hrs and only from 6pm, this we found out to be incorrect by another staff member at the front desk.
