About this property
Goodwood - Modern Stay in Cotswolds with Hot Tub
𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:
Goodwood is a modern, comfortable place to stay when things need to feel easy. Brand new and finished to a high standard, with a Hot Tub, it’s a calm base between the Cotswold Lakes and Cirencester that's close to everything, without the premium price.
Ideal for contractors working locally, wedding guests staying together, or anyone looking for an affordable gateway to the Cotswolds. Relaxed, practical, and thoughtfully laid out, it’s somewhere you can arrive, settle in, and feel at ease.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲:
Goodwood sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The principal bedroom offers a flexible super-king or twin setup, while the second ground-floor bedroom has a fixed king bed. Upstairs, the third bedroom sits on an open mezzanine level and also features a flexible bed configuration.
There is one family bathroom serving the property. The open-plan living and kitchen space includes a dining table for six, a smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and fast, reliable Starlink WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer makes longer stays easier and more comfortable.
𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:
You’ll have full use of the cottage, the enclosed garden, the private hot tub, the outdoor dining area and the BBQ. Secure parking is available onsite.
Check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. You can self-check in via the key box so you can arrive at your own pace. Our team is always available to support you.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱:
The Yellowstone Collection is set between the Cotswold Lakes and Cirencester, offering the best of both without being directly in the centre of either.
The lakes are just five minutes away, with over 180 lakes, woodland trails and open water to explore. It’s an area that feels wide, green and peaceful, ideal for walking, cycling, paddle-boarding, or simply getting some fresh air.
South Cerney is nearby and known for its traditional stone cottages, friendly local shops, cafés, and welcoming pubs. Cirencester is about 10–15 minutes by car, offering boutique shopping, restaurants, markets, and a strong sense of history.
Kemble Station is nearby too, with direct trains into London, making this a practical base for both short breaks and longer stays.
𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱:
A car is recommended for exploring the area. Kemble Station is 15 minutes away with direct trains to London. Local taxis and bus routes connect nearby towns and villages.
𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲:
The property is dog-friendly. Bed linen, towels and robes are provided for every guest, along with Elemis Skin toiletries. Quiet hours apply, and we ask guests to respect the peaceful setting. No parties and no smoking indoors. Multiple identical cottages are available on site, making this a practical option for larger groups booking together.
𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀:
Everybody finds peace differently, and that’s how it should be. From the moment you book, you decide the pace, and we’ll be there to help you plan and create moments that really matter.
It’s that little extra layer of support we provide to ensure everything runs smoothly. Thoughtful service that never gets in the way of a good moment.
Whether that means a slow morning with a fresh pot of tea and a long soak, or a day out exploring neighbourhoods and nature - we’ll guide you, so it all unfolds just the way you’ve pictured it.
