"It’s an old building… with an overgrown garden like an haunted mansion. First impression was to run… seemed like a horror movie set. Old furniture with dantesque paintings in this dark manor. BUT… we stayed as was only a motorway stop. Dinner was in the middle of the garden… and food was AMAZING. Room was super specious and super clean… with all the accessories. Breakfast was generous and well presented in a room from 1830!! Great value for money… and super well connected to lovely locations...

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Pascale et François. Le gîte fait partie d'un corps de ferme partagé avec nos hôtes, proches et disponibles, et dans le même temps très respectueux de notre intimité. Les arbres et la flore permettent à chacun de vivre sans déranger l'autre. La maison est grande, confortable et décorée avec charme. La piscine est un délice, suffisamment chaude pour s'y baigner par toute météo l'été. Faites la planche pour profiter de la valse des martinets. Dans toutes les autres positions les vues sont charmantes et apaisantes. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce gîte et remercions Pascale et François pour leur gentillesse et leur attention."

"The property is very beautiful & charming. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were polite but not overly warm when asked for advice or help. I do not think the hotel would be suitable for anyone with accessibility issues. Our rooms toilet was in a private closet with no sink - to wash hands you had to travel across the room to the other bathroom that had the shower and sink. The pool is pleasant but small. One family of four having fun can completely make it unusable for anyone else. The grounds are big and lots of games are offered - which makes it great for a family with small kids to stay. We did not eat at the restaurant but the breakfast offered was very large buffet with lots on offer - but if you have allergies beware."
