Hotel très agréable

Hôtel très propre. Accueil très agréable. En piste d'amélioration, il faudrait envisager de proposer au client de ne pas changer les serviettes de toilette tous les jours. La planète vous dira merci.

My visit started off badly as I had to wait 3 hours before I could check in. The hotel has seen better days and is tired and slightly unloved. Desperately needs some renovations with mildew in the bathroom and I’ll fitting floor covering.

Nous n’y sommes pas allés car l’escalier etait trop difficile d’acces pour mon compagnon agé de 83 ans qui se déplace avec 2 cannes. La responsable ayant vu trop tard mon commentaire le signalant. Elle nous a proposé « le puits doré » à Richelieu où nous avons été pleinement satisfaits de la nuitée coté hotel et restaurant

Hotel d'extérieur correcte mais entièrement à rénover. Odeur de vieux dans les couloir et srtt dans la chambre. Mal insonorisé( entends le réveil des voisins sonner à 7h30 et srtt les entendre aux toilettes) je ne doute pas que La salle de bain fu propre mais donne vraiment pas envie d'y rentrer et enfin pour ne pas trop m'attarder quand même pas d'accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite

Het was vertrouwd zoals altijd, jammer dat de eetzaal veranderd wordt. Ook jammer dat het niet mogelijk is later op de avond wat te eten (al is hetwat kleins) als men op reis is.

Séjour à Ste-Maurre

hotel authentique en rapport à l'histoire de la Tourraine , un peu vieillot mais bien entretenu dans l'ensemble et travaux à venir d'aprés le personnel . Une belle carte pour le restaurant et une bonne cuisine.
