Villa Liguria - pure relaxation, perfect view over the sea with private pool

Here you can enjoy pure relaxation. A large house of modern construction with a fascinating sea view is available for two or three families (9 people + baby).
It is air conditioned throughout, heated and has multiple bathrooms.
Parking for several cars or two-wheelers as well as a private driveway are available.
The high-speed Internet can be used perfectly via satellite (Starlink!) and WLAN throughout the house. It is suitable for streaming and video conferencing.
TV in almost every room with German and international satellite TV; Netflix and Amazon Prime can be used with your own account.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is available.
It is about 800 meters to walk to the beach.
The house is located directly between the towns of San Remo and Imperia. To both places along the sea leads a flat bike path, bike rentals are on site.
Fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes are within walking distance or can be reached with a short 5-minute drive.

Phantastisches Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war angenehm groß und in einem top Zustand. Der Blick über das Mittelmeer war herrlich. Trotz verkehrsgünstiger Lage gab es keinen störenden Fahrzeuglärm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt.Ich würde das Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub zusammen mit unseren Töchteren und deren Partner. Meine Freundin war auch dabei. Das Haus war ideal für uns alle. Die Zimmer mit seperaten Bädern - tipptopp. Die Lage sehr gut, leider hatte es keinen Stecker für uns aus der Schweiz um den Grill anzuschliessen. Das Problem lösten wir dann selber. Ignazio der Hausmeister war sehr hilfsbereit*

Schönes geräumiges Haus mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir, 4 Ehepaare, haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt: Toller Meerblick, ruhig, 2 grosse Terrassen auf denen wir gefrühstück und bendgegessen haben , voll ausgestattete Küche 3 Bäder im OG und zusätzlich 2 Wc's im EG. Grosse Garage z.B. für die Fahrräder. Ideal zum Rennrad- und MTB- fahren und wandern. Zum Meer 12 min zu Fuss an der Strasse oder eben mit dem Fahrrad, mit dem wir die Einkäufe in Cipressa und Porto San Stefano erledigt haben. Am Meer Fahrradweg von Imperia bis San Remo. Baden am freien Strand oder in der Badeanstalt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer hat super funktioniert. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in toller Gegend!

Entspannte Ferien am Pool

Vorne weg: die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist hervorragend! Er informiert ausführlich, antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Auch vor Ort wurden wir bestens durch den Nachbarn betreut. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgebaut. Alle drei Familien hatten ihren Rückzugsort und gleichzeitig konnten wir beim gemeinsamen Essen und am Pool eine tolle Woche verbringen. Wir haben coole Biketouren direkt vom Haus aus unternommen. Auch in der weiteren Umgebung gibt es mit dem Bike einiges zu entdecken (Trails hinter Sanremo, bei Civezza etc.) Um mit den Kindern an den Strand zu gehen mussten wir leider mit dem Auto fahren. Der Weg ist zwar nicht allzu weit aber nicht sehr Fussgängerfreundlich. Dank dem Pool hatten wir aber auch direkt beim Haus viel Badespass. Ausserdem kann man in der Garage Tischtennis spielen (Schläger und Ball mitbringen) und ein Tischkicker steht da auch. In der Garage oder auf dem Wendeplatz lässt sich ein Elektroauto laden, mit Strom vom Hausdach. Alle drei Familien hatten ein Bad zur alleinigen Nutzung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet aber eher klein. Die Schnipselarbeiten lassen sich aber gut auf dem Esstisch erledigen. Sowohl innen wie aussen gibt es genügend Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Besitzer ist bestrebt alles in Schwung zu halten. Da das elektrische Tor bei der Einfahrt nicht mehr funktionierte, kam noch während der Woche der Elektriker. Einige Mückennetze hingegen haben schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Fazit: klare Empfehlung, toller Urlaub !!!

Familienferien mit Teenies, Erwachsene Kinder, Anhang und Freunde

Wir waren ende September 2023 da und das Haus war super für unsere Familien-Freunde-Ferien. Genügend Platz für alle 8 Personen zusammen oder auch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, mal getrennt zu geniessen im und ums Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt um nichts zu tun, Anwesen und Aussicht zu geniessen oder mit wenig Aufwand Märkte, Meer und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Das Haus ist gut ausgerüstet und hat alles was es braucht. Die Hilfe, das Unkompliziert sein und die Aufmerksamkeit von Herr Nolte war bis zum letzten Tag sehr angenehm und rundet das ganz ab. Wir konnten die Zeit mit Sein, feinem Essen und guten Gesprächen geniessen und wussten, sollte was sein, können wir auf Unterstützung zählen. Sehr gerne wieder!

Traumvilla mit superschönem Ausblick auf das Meer mit Pool

Wir durften ein wenig früher einchecken, da wir schon 6 h früher da waren.. Sehr grosszügig. Dann sahen wir die super grosse Villa. Ignacio, Hauskeeper, half uns auch mit unseren 3 grossen Autos mit dem Parkieren, was nicht einfach war! Leider funktionierten die 4 oder 5 Klimaanlagen nicht, (wussten wir schon, die Kommunikation war immer genial mit Herr Nolte. Hatte man eine Frage, keine Minute später war sie beantwortet! Einfach super!!) Die Techniker kamen in dieser Woche vorbei, mussten Teile bestellen, ging aber 1 Woche.. So hatten wir bei dieser Wärme leider keine Klimaanlage die funktionierte! Aber mit Herr Nolte fanden wir eine eine gemeinsame Lösung , die für beide stimmte!! Sonst hatten wir eine wunderschöne Woche, die Lage ist perfekt! Natürlich der schöne Pool mit dem Salzwasser lädt jeden ein, wir hatten voll den Spass mit den 5 Liegen dazu! Wir haben nie gekocht, aber es hätte glaube ich genug Pfannen und Geschirr. Ich war mit meinen erwachsenen Söhnen und ihren Freundinnen dort und es hat genug Zimmer mit Badezimmer! Alles perfekt und sauber. Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Danke für Alles! Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht zufrieden!

wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren im Juli 2023 eine Woche im Ferienhaus und konnten das Haus, den Garten und den Pool sowie das nahe gelegene Meer ausgiebig geniessen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter tadellos. Als kleiner Wermutstropfen hatten wir Probleme mit den Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern, welche leider nicht sofort gelöst werden konnten. der Vermieter war aber sehr kulant und war ständig in Kontakt mit uns. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.

Idyllisches itallienisches Zuhause

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren verschiedenst aktiv: Fahrradfahren, den Strand von Santo Stephano geniessen, Wochenmarkt in Imperia bekundschaften, schnorcheln, Bussano vecchia bestaunen und in San Remo ein bisschen bummeln Die Unterkunft liegt an sehr schöner Lage für viele verschiedene Aktivitäten. Der Pool hat eine schöne grösse und die Terasse lädt - bis spät in die Nacht- zum draussen Verweilen ein. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Tolles,gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage,-perfekter Meerblick und schöner Pool. Die Ausgangslage ist optimal,-in wenigen Minuten sind Strände,-Stefano al Mare und Cipresa erreichbar. Wir werden wieder kommen!
