Typical old village house in the historic centre of Cipressa, renovated while retaining its typical character. Guests have at their disposal a beautiful courtyard with a small, fully fenced private garden and a furnished terrace with a magnificent view of the sea. Free public parking is available just 150 metres from the house. Cipressa is a small village on the first hill, just a few minutes' drive from the sea. It is ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday, away from the chaos but close to everything. There are two restaurants and pizzerias, bars, a mini-market, newsagent and tobacconist, as well as a chemist and hairdresser. The nearest beaches are just 3 km away. An excellent base for mountain biking and nature walks with sea views. On the coast, the wonderful cycle path linking Imperia to Sanremo awaits you.
Located in the heart of the historic centre of Cipressa, a typical Ligurian detached house on several floors. One double bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen. A small tavern on the ground floor not internally connected with the accommodation also has a double sofa bed . Outside there is a small service bathroom with a washing machine. The house is completed by a beautiful roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the coast, equipped and with an outdoor shower.
