- A typical Ligurian house situated in the heart of the historic village of Lingueglietta, completely renovated whilst retaining its historic features. It is divided into two small apartments, each suitable for two people. Each apartment has a furnished outdoor area, perfect for enjoying sunny days al fresco. One of these apartments features a magnificent hot tub and an outdoor shower to help you make the most of your holiday.
Lingueglietta is a small village perched on a hill about 6 km from the sea, ideal for those who love peace and quiet and want to escape the hustle and bustle, just a 15-minute drive from the beaches.
The flat is built against a rock face that runs the entire length of the property. It has been renovated whilst retaining its original character. It comprises a bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. The bedroom opens onto a furnished terrace where you will find a hot tub, an outdoor shower and two sun loungers for your relaxation. Due to its layout, the apartment is not suitable for children or elderly people.
