"Staff were fabulous, super helpful. Room was beautiful and pool area was great with a big enough pool to actually do some laps. Breakfast was really great, plenty of options for everyone and really good food. Only think I would say, I had sea view room on 18th floor, there was music event on the beach both nights so was very loud in room which meant I couldn't get a good sleep. If I stayed again I would go for a lake view room as this would likely be quieter, for the amount of time you actually spend looking out the window at the sea.... better to get a quiet sleep. The hotel has direct access to the Galle Face Mall which is handy. Note that the ATM in Mall doesn't always work and the hotel doesn't have one. The hotel seems to have a lot of events and the Tiki Bar on the roof was closed for private event when I was there which was a shame. I really loved this hotel though and would stay there again."

"Room was clean and large. Lounge access, breakfast truly exceptional. Really only let down by a quirky escalator and no air conditioning in the gym. Rooftop bar and restaurant very underrated. Staff excellent "
